Alloy Body Option
Factory Package – Allow Body Option
First car to use Rockland Standard Gear transmission which is a modified T-56 Magnum – uses alloy 9310 internals and a fluid transfer pump. We them have to add a heat exchanger in the front of the car to cool the trans. Our chassis does not have to be modified in front to clear the V12 because the engine is only 8.8 inches longer.
We are using the Winter’s Champion Independent but with the 930 CV joints and shafts instead of the standard half-shafts.
We kept the length of the chassis the same, but moved the axle center of the rear back 5”. This is the first chassis using the GM upper and lower control arms in the rear. So this is the first Cheetah Evolution with true 4 wheel independent suspension
